Terms & Conditions

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. No order is confirmed without this payment.
The remaining balance is due in full 7 days prior to the event date.
Failure to pay the balance by the due date will result in automatic cancellation. The contract will be void, and the retainer will not be refunded.
The balance due date is the final date for any changes to size, style, flavor, or event details.

Cancellations after the balance due date will not receive any refund.
All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance, including emergencies.

I reserve the right to make design modifications for structural or artistic purposes.
Colors and designs may vary slightly due to natural ingredients and creative interpretation.
Inspiration photos are welcome but will be interpreted in my own style. No exact replicas will be created.

Pickup is only available at designated meet-up locations. I do not offer home pickups under any circumstances.
Clients must arrive on time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in forfeited orders without refund.
Delivery and setup are available for an additional fee (starting at $25). Pricing is based on location.
Clients are responsible for providing a stable table and a climate-controlled environment (75°F or below) for desserts.
Once delivery or pickup is complete, I Dews Treats is no longer responsible for any damage to the product.

I reserve the right to photograph all baked goods and use the images for marketing, advertising, or portfolio purposes.

All items are prepared in a kitchen that may contain wheat, dairy, nuts, soy, and other allergens.
It is the client’s responsibility to inform guests. I Dews Treats is not liable for allergic reactions.

In the rare event that I am unable to fulfill your order due to an emergency; a full refund will be issued.
I am not responsible for delays or non-performance due to weather, illness, power outages, natural disasters, or other causes beyond my control.
